I will preface by saying I am a platinum member on this site and I do love the site along with their 6 gram vape products which I get every time I order off of here. Unfortunately this time I received this vape with some leaks on the top sides. This is the second time this occurs, the first leading to a horrible burn and blockage. After letting it go the first time, I decided to contact support on what they can do this time around because the pen has a horrible burn that heats up very fast and I do not want to eat the 90$ again. All I was told by customer support after I sent proof via pictures was how THE LEAKING IS COMMON… This to me is a huge problem, there is a clear defect and a failed internal seal to the product I received. There is no way someone gets told that getting a vape that is leaking inside the chamber is a normal thing to receive from a company. I wish this was taken care of, especially as a reoccurring customer of this site.
