Sour Pineapple merges the genetics of two beloved, sativa-dominant strains, Sour Diesel and Pineapple Kush. Sour Pineapple is a sativa-dominant hybrid (sativa/indica ratio of roughly 70:30) that is known to be an effective treatment for anxiety, everyday stress, and nausea. The sativa genes make for a decidedly cerebral high, with clear-headed thinking and a strong boost of energy. THC levels are 27% in available tests, making this a mid-shelf strain in terms of potency. CBD contents are harder to come by, but that alone means Sour Pineapple shouldn’t be used as the sole treatment for conditions that respond to this cannabinoid, especially seizure disorders. Sour Pineapple has a pungent, Skunky aroma and a dank, pungent flavor. The bud is multi-colored, with dark green leaves, amber hairs, and a modest dusting of trichomes. There are few public reports of adverse effects, but dry mouth and red eyes are common in most cannabis strains. This strain is found mostly on the medical marijuana markets of Washington State and Oregon, but it’s not especially popular anywhere in the United States.

Nice fresh smell when opening the bag, and it grinds nicely. It is easy to inhale, gives a nice buzz. It got me going in the garden and left me feeling satisfied and relaxed. I didn’t seem to get the munchies or be tired afterwards. I will order this again.

Why? Cuz this batch is a nice x of sour Dee and 🍍 reminds one of pineapple fields, fruiz and sour express lane. I saladed with sour Kush, 🚆🚂 reck and Rex tangie great results I was out of oranges grapefruit and clementines for a nice tropical 🐠 salad 🥗

A good strong wake n bake with fluffy average sized buds, If you’re a fan of a strong diesel nose, you’ll love this strain. However if you’re a fan of the aromas and flavors of Pineapple strains like I am you’ll be sadly disappointed. I saw the name Pineapple Sour and immediately put this on my short list of weed to try. As for the high I can’t complain a bit, but the smell of diesel is overpowering, and the smoothness and taste I was hoping for is not there, instead you’re greeted with a fresh bright taste, but one that’s sharp on the throat which I find most unpleasant. Luckily for me this is a finely cured Canna Sweets rated AAAA strain and doesn’t make me cough which is saying a lot, it just doesn’t have the flavor and smoothness I was hoping for.
*Edit* About a month in with the diesel smell having dissipated the buds are now very fluffy, moist, and generally pleasant, they still dont quite have the nose and taste they should, but it’s a quality bud.
6/23 Batch – Very different from last year, nose is completely different and ultra smooth smoke is gone. The high and taste are really good but the buds could be larger, overall, well worth the 135 sale price, but its wildly inconsistent, don’t consider it at full price there are better options.

About a month later and the weed is still fresh, but the unpleasant diesel smell has dissipated, makes for a more pleasant nose now.

Delicious. Strong deep pithy citrusy nose, like bitter grapefruit, much like a Sour Tangie I once knew and loved. Straight up gorgeous, produces lots of kief and smokes well, a bit coughy but not bad, and a wicked strong psychedelic effect. Very cerebral. Intense.

Well, it’s 2+ years later and this strain is sweeter now, beachy, reminds me a little of Maui Wowie. Softer effects and nice easy smoke. Four stars, ish? Not the beast batch from my first review, but no slouch.
