I started with 1 cube, then over time I’ve increased to 3 cubes. I love the taste of these (and the rest of the Bona-Fide products). I get just as excited about the flavour as I do the effect of the product. LOL. If they had candies this good at the grocery store I’d be a regular. Everyone’s tolerance is different. Start with one, wait an hour to 1.5hrs and go from there. Will buy these again and the rest of the Bona Fide products!
