The Taste is definitely not overpowering as some oils and the quality is always assured I never any hesitation I do like the one-to-one ratio with CBD oil I find with the dropper you can control your dosage to your liking obviously starting off small as sometimes these things can creep up on us so I always start with half of what is recommended I’ve been using it for three nights and so far so good
