Seemed to work sometimes but not others. Probably depended on what I did that day / ate that day. I wouldn’t say it knocked me out ever but it did have a calming effect and helped me sleep a little better than usual.

It works for me by rolling on the soles of my feet. I find I sleep better. I repeatedly buy this product and have numerous on hand. I dont use every night but on those nights when I just cant stay asleep, i put this on and sleep the rest of the night
