Maui Wowie is a sativa dominant strain, which is mostly found and grown in the Hawaiian Islands. The buds of the strain are covered by wonderful crystals which make it look quite tempting for patients and cannabis users. As for the smell, you will note a hint of pine along with citrus and lavender. Furthermore, the strain tastes like fresh hash. This is a stunner for bag appeal. Gorgeous lush buds, nicely sized and floral sweet. Smells like rosewater w a spicy finish, so relaxing and nice. Ground up fine and rolled up soft. Smokes fairly dark and thick, but manages to still be smooth anyway? Loses in the flavour department, as the delicate aroma does not carry through, and the taste is fairly acrid. Nice relaxed lifted effect. Good alertness, would make a good morning smoke.

Good version. When I opened it up I was a but let down with the mild fruity smell but, it defiantly appear when ground up. Great tasty taste when puffed and a very good sativa morning first smoke active energetic creative lasting high. One of the better Mai Wowie strains I’ve had in a while. Likely a reorder.

So I reordered this strain and it wasn’t as nice as my first one. Very musky and dark. Reminded me of the strawberry cough I ordered from AA. Which I also didn’t like. Needless to say it’s been a rough go getting through this bag. I have noticed everything outside the craft is pretty hit and miss. Order what you will but it’s only craft moving forward for me.

Looked and smelled nice. Small buds only in my quarter ounce. Very mild sativa buzz. Good for morning time with coffee. If you are looking for a heavy hitters this isn’t it. However , the flower was pleasant enough albeit a bit weak. There are other sativa’s that are a better bang. Nice to try but just didn’t have enough kick for me to try it again.

I have always said my favourite strain is Blue Dream, but after tasting this batch of Maui Wowie I think I have to reconsider. This cannabis has big beautiful nugs that has hints of lavender and tropical fruit to me. It’s an energetic, happy high. While not particularly long lasting, it’s quite pleasant and makes for a great day time smoke
