Apply 2 -3 Sprays under tongue, wait 20-30 minutes and repeat until desired effect is realized.

It’s just a fun little thing! The bubble gum flavour was actually surprisingly good, the oily feel is nice, it really is a slight buzz, but great to use when you’re out and smoking isn’t an option 🙂 Easier to share with a friend than cutting a sticky gummie!
